Barn Haus · Building Designer
Your Home.
Your Way.
We design it properly, get it council ready in 12 weeks, then source the whole home direct. One team, one plan, no middleman.
What we do
Two things.
Done properly.
01
The Pre-Construction Studio
Your design vision through everything pre-construction, council ready in 12 weeks.
02
Global Procurement
Source the whole home directly from China, cutting out the middleman and saving hundreds of thousands.
Why this matters
Most builds stall
before they start.
- 01
Plans change
Because nobody locked the brief before the drawings began.
- 02
Budgets blow out
Because the numbers were never tied to the real design.
- 03
Builders send you in circles
Because the documentation was never tender ready.
We structure your build properly, before a builder ever touches it.
Ready when you are
Let's build it
your way.
Pick your package, then book your strategy session and we map out your next steps together.
